I was charged twice by Public Mobile for my last bill, on the exact same date, but this is not reflecting on my payment history. My credit card has two charges for the same amount from Public Mobile and I am having a very hard time reaching the support team to have this remedied. Any advice?

Yeah, positive one isn't a pending charge. Appreciate it, I have submitted a ticket.

if you are surez ask PM to check.
Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
