I tried to change from another phone carrier to Public Mobile. The first attempt failed, so my old phone carrier said I need to re-initiate it from Public. How can I do it?
@Mia_D I'll send you the number for the porting help line. They can reinitiate the request for you. Make sure you still have your old sim in to receive the text message authorizing the port. Check your messages.
