redemption did not work

Hi,

I redeemed 15 points for $15 bill credit three times last year on Feb 23, and June 24 2024 (twice). The points were reduced from my rewards,  but I did not receive any bill credits. I was still charged the same amount as my subscribed plan from my credit card.  May you please check what's going on? Thanks.
