I purchased the US roaming talk/text/ 3G add-on plan and the system stated “Payment Successful We have successfully received your payment”, however it doesn’t appear in my account payment and the service is not working. The system has also accepted my credit card without a problem. Can someone please help?🙏

I have tried rebooting to no avail and the Chatbot provides no solution to the issue as well. I've opened a ticket for support and am awaiting response.

Clear the cache on your browser before login to your account and see if the add-on is showing in your account.
