Public Mobile sent an offer of $28/mth. I accidentally clicked yes. It was a mistake and I need to cancel it. I want to stay with my current plan of $25/mth.
Please help.

wait 24 hours, login My Account, check Subscription & Add on page and you should see a plan change scheduled there. You can then cancel it
or if you like, you can ask PM support agent to help to reverse it.
submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

Just log into your account, go to Subscriptions and you will see this future change over. If it's not there, it may take a day or so to show up. Then cancel it. It's that easy.
