no data following re-insertion of Public Mobile SIM

I was in Japan for 2 weeks and used a temporary Japanese SIM during my visit.  Since returning to BC/Canada and re-inserting my Public Mobile SIM, I have no data!  Can anyone help?  Thanks.

Reset APN setting in your phone, if it's iPhone, you may need clear VPN setting (depend on iPhone model, some may not need) , then reset APN.

@joy3 , if there is a network reset option on your phone, use it to clear any previous settings.  Make sure you are automatically connecting to the network.  Check also the APN settings.

Did you check your account to confirm that you actually Have some data available?

All other services work calls/SMS in/out?

@joy3 Try logging into your account using a browser in incognito mode first.  See if you're account is still active.

In android. Settings, Mobile Networks, Automatic Network. Cycle this off, restart device, cycle it on, restart again. Should fix it
