Suddenly I cant send/receive texts or calls. Nothing has changed about my plan (been here since Aug)  it tells me i dont have an active long distance plan!?? help!!

@mustang66kd  Yep the site is getting overwhelmed  by everyone trying to add their freebies.

@mustang66kd  Log into your account and see if that's the data that's getting used. Lately the response time has been a couple hours. But something weird is going on today....even submitting tickets a messaging them has been problematic today...at least for me. I'm usually helping not asking for it and I'm encountering issues I haven't seen before. So something is up...so I would say it could be back up to 24-=48 hours again. I hope not but since they havent gotten back to you since yesterday...its looks worrisome. Send another reply to their message...maybe that will draw attention to your service ticket again.

ohhh i get what you mean, yes i have bonus data, 1 gb and another 5 gb sitting there...any idea how long it takes them to respond to a request?

@mustang66kd  Me too...got a text saying my rewards were applied. That text is about the free goodies public mobile just gave us. Check the announcements about that. But like me you probably can't add them til they fix your account.

Do you have a data add on? Like the bonus one we got in August? If so you are probably using it rather than plan data. Ask for it to be restored to its original value when you chat with the moderator.  If that is the case.

i did submit a ticket...waiting patiently......weird thing is i just got a text from public mobile about some holiday give away or something  i was all excited for a minute thinking my texting was fixed...but no   my bf is with pm and his is fine

@mustang66kdDo you have a data add on in/on your account or just plan data? Seems like you are having the same issue as me. But my plan data doesnt work (nor calls or texts) but my add on data is getting used. Make sure you submit a service ticket to the moderators via Simon (?) explaining your issue. Only they can fix this. Starting to think this may be a more widespread issue than initially thought. Maybe @Tiana_V  or @Alan_K  should be looking into this....

hmmmm maybe..i think i recall a text telling me that it was...i have autopay so i just disregard those texts

i joined in aug  yes on autopay acct says active  acct baalnce says $20  plan is 40.montly  data is working

You could try the following but there is the potential to lose any rewards.  Try the lost/stolen feature. You could potentially lose any rewards. Log in to self-serve. Plan & Add-Ons from top menu. Lost/Stolen Phone from next menu. Suspend Service button. Log out. Wait a few minutes. Log back in and back to Lost/Stolen Phone and Resume Service this time. Log out. Restart phone.  Also try adding a $1 payment. if you still have problems then submit a ticket to a moderator by clicking on the question mark on the bottom right.

@mustang66kd....Try cycling phone off/on again.

If you have a limited plan - do you see any minutes/texts under data and add-ons ?

Have you rebooted your phone ?

What is your status when you login?

Are you on autopay? What is your account balance? What does your payment history say?

What plan are you on?

Is your data working? If yes try using textNow until you resolve the issue (don't forget to restrict background data)
