Hi. Im purchasing a new phone today. What do I need to do to set this up? Going from an 8plus to a 12. thank you!

Suddenly I cant send/receive texts or calls. Nothing has changed about my plan (been here since Aug) it tells me i dont have an active long distance plan!?? help!!

ohhh i get what you mean, yes i have bonus data, 1 gb and another 5 gb sitting there...any idea how long it takes them to respond to a request?
