I received the offer via text like other people a couple days ago, and replied YES but it didn't update in my account. I saw someone mention that they changed it manually, but I don't see an option to do that. I see a plan for $40 for 5gb, but I don't think its the same?
Obviously I can't do anything right now while the site is down ╥﹏╥ but I'd like to know what to do when its back up. I just moved in to a new place and my wifi won't be set up for another 10 days so I would love to switch ASAP! Would appreciate any help 🙂

@sue-s Yes, rewards like autopay, RAF and loyalty are attached to the account and will remain after changing plans. Any add-ons gifted or purchased, will also stay with the account, however, if you activated with any bonus data then that might be lost as it would be dependent upon the terms/conditions at activation.

By changing to the new plan do you keep your rewards and discounts?

You can change through web site (when it let you in): initiate plan change and this plan will appear as an available plan. You will not see this plan if you just browse all plans...

Will do!

When I checked it hadn't updated that it would change on my next renewal 😕 But I will try to manually change it when the site is back up 😎

@ashnathaya Didn’t notice you wanted asap.. follow @softech advice above but do an immediate plan change.. you will pay the 40$ instantly.. no refunds on past plan

Omg! Thanks so much! I will definitely try this out later today when the site is hopefully back up 🙂 And I'll update you if it works!

Login to My Account using Incognito mode, but maybe login later today as the site is not working well.
Then head to Plan & add-ons page, click Change my plan. Or you can use this direct link: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/en/account/plan/change-plan
See if there is a notice about your scheduled plan change (as you replied yes earlier). If not, still no worry, just go to the 4G tab and find the $40-15GB from the list (use the yellow arrows on the far right - or bottom if you are on mobile site), pick the plan and click Change on the renewal date to schedule the plan change.
