I am an existing user and like to switch to the subject 6GB plus intl long distance plan please assist me with the switch; it seems I cannot do it online my end directly. Thank you.

You need to make this request to customer support. If refused escalate. If still refused one could make the argument to the CCTS for Public Mobile to honour the deal. It's up to provider's to properly train their employees not customers to sort between truths and untruths when it comes to plans and pricing.

Making a message thread only discusses this with other customers.  We are no workers for Public Mobile.  CSA shouldn't have told you that the plan is available to new and existing customers.  Public Mobile offers different plans to each customer. You can only pick from the plans that it offers you when you log into your account.  Since the $23 plan isn't there, the plan isn't being offered to you.

@APan99  yes,  this plan available to both new and customers, but it depends on your current plan. 

I have this same $23 6 GB plan in my account for months now.

If they won't do it for you, unfortunately you can't get it.

Some people suggest porting out and in but too much work 🙃
