I need a copy of my invoice but I am unable to log in to My Account.
How can I get a bill ?

yes, if you can login to My Account or login the app, you can download the invoice yourself. But if you already left PM , then you won't be able to login My Account
But you can still ask support to help. You can submit ticket by direct message:
