Hi
My credit card is being billed four times each month, even though I have only three active public accounts. Is canceling the card my only option, or is there a way to identify and resolve the extra charges on the card ending in 8552?

I would suggest you contact a CS_Agent to straighten this out. Any overcharge will remain in your account as credit but don’t dispute the charges with your CC company. PM will force you to pay with vouchers for a year before they allow you to use AutoPay.

@LeonR1 Sort it out with support , do you have trouble activating one of the accounts when you first joined ? Maybe created 4 th account by accident . Check with them if it can’t be figured out then yes get new credit card and just update the 3 accounts you supposed to have
