When I go to change plan it states. "After changing your plan, you will lose your current promotion." Is this refering to loyalty and pre authorized $$ or other promotions given to me in the add ons. extra data and minutes. Very confused.
If you change over to the 4g from 3g does the loyalty and pre authorized dollars still count? At this point I get $5 a month off my bill will this still be true if I change over to 4g?
Have a question, looking at a plan for my dad, just needs a phone doesn't need data or anything else. So the $10 plan would be good for him. My question is does the minutes roll over to the next month if they are not used? Just curious...thanks
