keeping loyalty and pre authorized dollars when changing over to 4g

If you change over to the 4g from 3g does the loyalty and pre authorized dollars still count?  At this point I get $5 a month off my bill will this still be true if I change over to 4g?

No you won't lose those items since they weren't part of activation promotion.

 When I go to change plan it states.  "After changing your plan, you will lose your current promotion."  Is this refering to loyalty and pre authorized $$ or other promotions given to me in the add ons.  extra data and minutes.  Very confused.

@sue-s hi you will not lose anything by changing plans all the rewards are attached to your account not your plan

HI@sue-s   Yes, you will be on the same rewards system and earn the same rewards even after you change to 4G plan

The only thing that might be gone is the activation data bonus, the 2GB extra for so many months.  If you don't have that, then no worry
