No response from CS_Agent in 24 hours..

I've been trying to contact @CS_Agent for nearly 24 hours and they aren't responding..

Has anyone else heard back from them??

That's a long time to wait.  I wonder if they don't have enough staff to handle all the tickets from customers?

hi if you have active account, login to your self serve>goto profile>change phone number>transfer phone number.

 

when porting, use the account number(make sure this is the correct number. if there are two similar numbers, choose the number without letters) and pin(voicemail password) from the previous provider. 

 

*there is a new port protection in place. leave your previous providers sim card in the phone till you receive a text message. you need to reply 'yes' to initiate the port process


then insert your public sim, reset your network settings and restart your phone
the porting process takes about 1-3 hours to complete

 

if porting fails, you can call the porting team

quickly copy this number before it's deleted from my post

Did you follow all the porting requirements ?

Old account has to stay Active.

Leave old sim in phone until you receive confirmation. Respond YES.

Try this way:

 

Use the ticketing system for a faster response time. Click here and type Customer Support Agent, then select Contact Us, then select Other (or the topic that more closely matches your request).  Click the result which states Click here to submit a ticket and follow the prompts
