Monthly Statements/Bills

Hi!

 

Does anyone know how to obtain your monthly statements automatically or quickly? This phone is linked to a corporate account, and I always have to send a private request each month to obtain a statement. However, most of the time they either don't end up sending it, or it takes a very long time (weeks usually) for it to come. When I have to follow up, they need to start the whole process again by opening another ticket, etc. This causes issues since it's a corporate account and need to submit this statement to them in a timely manner.

 

If anyone has advise it would be greatly appreciated!

@jim_hu    It seems like PM has facilitated a downloadable pdf invoice (inc. tax) but only if making an account top to reactivate the account and then it's only available for a short period during that session.  And for some unknown reason PM has not made this option available for anyone who has pre-authorized payments set up. 

 

There is an option to download the last 12 months of payment transactions in pdf fomat, sadly it doesn't include any tax paid so not very useful for anyone needing to show payment for official purposes.

If you opened ticket with PM support before to obtain your monthly bill, you have been going through the correct channel.  Yes, it takes long, like 2 weeks or so to get it.  Sorry, there is no faster way to obtain official invoices. 

 

What I suggest is that you can try to wait for 3 months or 6 months and order them in batch to avoid a monhtly request if possible

Only agent can provide official bill.

To Contact CSA-agent; there are 2 methods:

Ticket has to be opened through chatbot - https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html

Having a ticket is preferred way to contact agent as they might respond faster then receiving personal mail.

If opening a ticket does not work very first time, contact agent directly.

Agent’s response is usually between 15 and 120 minutes with a ticket. Private message might take longer.
