Automatic Top-ups

My monthly "top-up" fee is $25 -- which is more than the plan I use.  I plan to turn it off.  I assume you can avoid the monthly top-up fee if you choose a 90 day plan.  But does anyone know how to select 90 day plans?  I only see 30 day offerings.

I have the same problem. Was charged a top up fee + my normal subscription.

Waiting for a response from customer service.

The top and plan should both appear separately as the system first tops up your account funds and then buys the plan with that, but the top up shouldn't be more than your plan price (other than tax of course).

@Lutjanus I would confirm on your credit card statements to see if this $25 fee is being charged in addition to your plan amount. If it is you should definitely reach out to a support agent to get this cleared up. Click the link below to open a ticket with them:

Thanks for your response.  My wife and I are charged $25.00 month which appears as a top-up charge in addition to the expected charges for 4 G plans.  I think Top-up is a misnomer, they are really charging for auto renewal.  Looking back at my records, I think this charge is relatively new, I certainly don't see that it was more than the cost of the plan!

the 90 day plans are only offered for certain plans that are usually a promo/offer, they arent offered for all plans and can be targeted to certain users (they only send plan promos that are above your current monthly plan payment).

The "top up" you speak of, i assume you mean autopay, which will take your plan cost automatically at renewal each month, if this is more than your plan, be sure you're calculating taxes as well

@Lutjanus not sure what you mean by a top up fee, I have my subscription turned on and my credit card gets billed the exact amount each month. Which subscription plan are you supposed to be on?
