My account needed to be topped up today. I added money to my account today using *611. I need to change my plan and cannot log into my account. It says my email is invalid. I've never had this issue before and topped up last month online with no issues. I leave to go away for work on Tuesday and I need my phone service working to stay in touch with my girlfriend and family. I am stressing out and cant seem to get help anywhere.

You can try sending an private message to a cs_agent.
When you create a new message, under 'Send to', just type in cs_agent.
They respond pretty quick.
I had some issues before and they were able to help.

HI@CheyneK49 You can still access your account via *611? If so, your account is either active or suspended still
Did you try Reset Password and put the email address in? You got the reset password email from PM ? (check spam folder)
If you didn't get it, open ticket with PM CS agent at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
start by typing "Forgot Login Information" and then follow the prompt to open ticket
