I need to update my payment method but I can not get into my account to do so, every time I try I get forbidden A1.
There is no way to access my account even after clearing my history, broswer, resetting my phone.... I have tried all of the things. Please help!

Hi do you have an update on this, I still can't access my account to update billing.

it could be just a browser cache problem. Please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in)
if same, then submit a ticket with CS Agent using direct message:
