keep getting Forbidden AI

I need to update my payment method but I can not get into my account to do so, every time I try I get forbidden A1.

 

There is no way to access my account even after clearing my history, broswer, resetting my phone.... I have tried all of the things.  Please help!

if you tried the workarounds, then the only way is to ask PM support to help.  Please message them using private message as I said above

Hi do you have an update on this, I still can't access my account to update billing.

it could be just a browser cache problem.  Please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in)
