I bought a voucher a couple hours ago and i’ve always paid through 611. I have never used another way of payment since i have no access to my email that i registered on this account 7 years ago. I dont know what is up but neither #611 or *611 is working. its an automated voice that tells me the call cannot be completed.
AND before anyone asks yes i’ve used the alternative 1-800 number where it tells me to use the 611 and thats it. I’ve used the chat bots and agents that tell me to login with my email after i specified that i dont have access to email. I’ve also done the airplane mode trick, restarted my phone, took out the sim and called on a another phone. SOMEONE HELP

I just tried dialing 611 myself and the calls fails for me also. You can log in to the web version of your account to make voucher payment as well as using the app should work too.

your phone could have lost the network somehow. Try from another phone, call 1-855-4PUBLIC and load the voucher
and to change email for My Account, you can also ask PM support agent to help
