Every time I try to log in to my account I ONLY get option to COMPLETE YOUR ACTIVATION???????? My account has been active for years...what gives

SAME ISSUE...I've chatted with SEVEN admins and NONE of them have solved it. They obvipusly have issues. Rogers or Bell here I come

Really?????? I've used it MANY times to access my account to view current plan, payment history, usage etc....

the error you got indicates that your email login is not linked properly with a Public Mobile account.  Easy fix for PM support but you need to engage them by direct message here:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there
