25 new community notifications, seemingly a "default"?

Is anyone else seeing this when you come into the community from a bookmark, it says 25 new notifications, then you click and you might have 1 or 2 actually new ones? I've noticed on 2 devices now...

Notification counter stuck??

It looks like notification counter is stuck on 25 at Community. Nothing makes it go away even though I saw all notifications, used different browser, etc.

Hi, I am in 2 years contract with Telus and it's still less than a year now. Is it possible to take this phone number to another provider without breaking the contract, say get a new number to this contract.
