Here's a major issue that PPL have difficulty comprehending: When you change plans in middle of cycle, you pay in full and such. What PM should do, is if you bought 4 Gigs, run out, and wish to buy more, allowing PPL to do so w/o necessarily changing the billing cycle, or let's say upgrading from Province-wide to Canada-Wide, just Paying the difference, but capping it where if you change before the half-way point of the 30 day, you pay the difference and retain your billing date. ... After a user puchase PM and on a plan and when a new plan that's better offer (i.e promotion) became available, the user have to give up whatever left on the current plan inorder to purchase the new and better plan before its no longer available.  Treat your current PM user better by implementing a better purchase system:   The exiting user can purchase ANY plan anytime and set its activation (or queue its activation) AFTER the current plan expired (i.e 30/60/90 days).  That way, loyal user's who's on a 90 days plan doen't have to penalize as oppose to a 30 days when a good promotion came up.   ... I was looking at Plans, and I was like, how can PM improve it even better?   For 30 day, currently it's  1,2 and 4 GB   What if PM had 1,3,5 GB OR 1,2,3,and 5 GB   90 Day,    3,6,12 GB What if   800 MB, 3, 7, 9 and 12 GB   Some PPL call this frills, BUT sometimes CERTAIN Frills is a necessity, and since PM created the Buffet style Pick what U want and Pay, well, Perhaps this may bring some Balance, and maybe create the positive atmosphere that may help PM in the long-term   Just saying, I feel PM should always keep an open mind, sometimes the options available may entice PPL to make the switch, and maybe create new ventures PM can ride upon.   Hoping some PM Clients can at least agree to some extent   Keep the Public debating ... if your payment is going to span from whichever date you start to the date you finish as it sort of does, then put up a calender where even if you missed your due date, you can put in the new date, especially when you want to change the plan, I know they dont change the plan when you are late, I just discovered that, but you should change that, because my bank statement shows money due, when all I wanted to do was put money on this month, but guess what, my phone is not even working,  Not everybody has money at the same time each month.  ... Your request has been processed. Full details are below.   I followed the instructions to take a new number if I'm porting from koodo. The page said to "contact us" at a broken link if one was a current koodo customer. So, I am unsure if my account was created or if the payment went through. I was thinking, when PM finally gets the full reins of the system and have figured how to keep the glitches in check, what If PM created a SPECIAL Promo, One that requires PM Clients to compete, for 3 Special promos 1st place might get 1 Year of their plan free 2nd place, 180 days free 3rd place, 90 Days   OR,   perhaps something like this   1st place, Lets say their plan was $150 on 90 day, 50% off for 1 year 2nd place, 50% for 180 Days 3rd place, 90 Days   Just something that may serve as something that PM Clients must demonstrate certain criterias, like finding glitches and letting PM Mods know, or helping marathon, something that is meaningful, community helping and inspiring   What's your take on a potential BOLD proposal? ... When I was looking at my Self-Serve Portal, I can say that the Rate it displayed for my 90 Day plan is possibly giving incorrect rate, and the Transaction payment history is very confusing   I think PM needs to revamp and overhaul to make much more consise and easier to understand, I was so confused I was racking my brain and the #'s don't add up   If rate for Unlim Can-US Talk+Global Txt+6 GB Data is listed at $150 how is it $101?   Just saying that I want to pay what I owe, Not OVERPAY or UNDERPAY, BUT Pay what is the actual fee   I also think the Transaction Payment history needs to be fixed, I couldn't make sense of it ... The new layout has each of the forums sections (getting started, labs, rewards, etc.) at the bottom of the web page.  It would be more convenient to use a pop up type menu to display this instead of having to scroll to the bottom of the web page to see them.  Hovering the mouse over top of the Community Forum hot link should bring up a pop up menu of the forum sections with hot links for selection.  This will make jumping from one forum section to another easy.  This provides more visibility to the various forums.   ... Not sure if this has been suggested yet, however a live chat system I think would be beneficial for Sales / Support.   I think the cost of running this would be relatively low compared to telephone sales/support.  As one rep can still manage multiple issues at any one given time.  Much how private message / email works now.   This would give an avenue for those that "need help now".   Which ties into my second suggestion with an automated help prioritizing system. IE: User chooses "Get Help" And after certrain troubleshooting, depending on what is selected, they can be prioritized in the live chat.  Customers who have their accts needing re-activating, or something completly not working would prioritize higher than say a customer wishing to add an add-on or has a simple question (which maybe they should be directed to community forum).   Thoughts? -William ...
