I think PM should, as part of the race to become the true alternative Prepaid player, LTE Voice, as it only helps with quality, Visual VM, perhaps even having something where PPL can send a SMS Txt via PC, perhaps even having where PPL can interact with Community via Txt system, who knows, maybe it can be useful, having a enhanced PM App, offering a 180 day cycle as well, having more Add-On Data, like 500 MB, Adding Countries to the Global L-D thing, Global Roaming, perhaps expanding the LTE Band line-up, like Band 66, or other AWS-1-4 that offer better reception, expanding the freq so that PPL maybe able to find most handsets and the gap of incompatible devices narrowed further, Offer Wi-Fi Calling, SMS Txt as well, I find that though PPL might call these frills, sometimes they're not considered frills but essential, just something to think about. Also, I think PM Must have a section where ALL Troubleshooting stuff can be found, in one section, so PPL know where to find when searching for the cure for their device issues, perhaps this would cut down on the need for the Mods to help, and reserve the Mods for the more complicated issues Also, PM must eventually allow where PPL can manage Multiple A/C under ONE email, to better ease, the One email per A/C is kinda stressful as it is, and would make better for PPL PM should also offer A/C for small businesses, I think its feasible, NOT Impossible, perhaps PM should explore the option, who knows PM should perhaps put the request a PUK Code in the Self-Serve Portal, as well as request via email or private messaging a Mod, utilizing every tool available, Twitter, FB, using YT as a mini tutorial when trying to solve simple issues, so PPL know how to dIYS and perhaps understand the process, as way of easing them into the NEW PM model of doing things
