When I was looking at my Self-Serve Portal, I can say that the Rate it displayed for my 90 Day plan is possibly giving incorrect rate, and the Transaction payment history is very confusing
I think PM needs to revamp and overhaul to make much more consise and easier to understand, I was so confused I was racking my brain and the #'s don't add up
If rate for Unlim Can-US Talk+Global Txt+6 GB Data is listed at $150
how is it $101?
Just saying that I want to pay what I owe, Not OVERPAY or UNDERPAY, BUT Pay what is the actual fee
I also think the Transaction Payment history needs to be fixed, I couldn't make sense of it
