When I read on how someone inquiring on how to share Data, got me thinking, What if Add-On Data can be shared amongst Family, so example, if Person A ran out of Data, Person B could siphon this amount of Add-On Data to Person A

This should be an option, in my humbled opinion

Our prices here at Public Mobile are rediculously cheap, for what services we are able to recieve.  Shared data plans would require the ability to have more than one device number per account.  This is already a suggestion that Public Mobile has been offered, and they're not moving on it.

Shared data is a nice to have feature, not a must have, and certainly not a 'no frills' requirement.

Maybe I'm off the wall, but I like paying half price or less for my cellular service.

Shared data from competing brands is priced much higher than individual plan data. Doing such a feature is inconsistent with the Public Mobile value branding. In the labs section, we should provide suggestions that improve the service, not to take the service into a different direction. Otherwise, it will have little chance of being considered, let alone being implemented.

I personally find the "family share" plans to be too expensive for what they offer.  PM has a particular business model that works amazing.

Sometimes suggestions are great in theory but from a cost benefit pers[ective im sure it would not fit within their model.

I was suggesting the Add-On Data, Regular Rate Data Plans I can agree leave alone, BUT Add_on, perhaps the ability to share

Also, Some small gestures like these can be a tremendous relief.

PM Clients shoudn't be too opposed, if PPL want just bare minimum, then how will PM grow, and then if it remains too plain, then how can PM grow?

Plus, I'm sure PM can still offer many types of services, and still maintain the DIYS business model

So, like if example, your wife ran out of data, then one would go into their Self-Serve portal and then go into Add-On Data, and then be able to share, almost like how western union, or how E-Transfers work, just send Add-On Data

they could just stick together when A runs out and just tethers off B ...

Actually, Tethering requires devices to be in vicinity of each other. PPL may want when on go

All companies need to innovate to stay relevant in the market place. However, I don't see the labs as the vehicle for new company direction. That comes from those sitting in the corner offices.

@will13am true, but there are some great ideas in the lab that could be incorporated should they decide it fits with their vision and strategic direction.  That said, I don't think this is one of those ideas they should adopt.

Sorry @makkahn28 I know some would benefit from this but I think the charm of PM is it's simplicity and features like this, to me, fall into the "frills" that I'd rather they avoid.  I'd still rather they invest their $ and time for the forseeable future in fixing as many bugs as possible, overhauling the renewal process to not scary every new user on renewal night, fix the pricing on the data add-ons (which would make this idea here even less necessary), and so on.  There's just better bang for thier investment buck in other initiatives. I think adding this would be costly for them to implement, and likely to cause as many issues as it might solve for some users.  I just think it's a poor fit for the PM model, but that's just my opinion!

Highest add-on is 1gb. So what you will share out of that? Why not just purchase the add-on directly instead of purchasing in one account that doesn't need any. You don't have to use all since it will roll over.
