Community Forum Layout Changes

The new layout has each of the forums sections (getting started, labs, rewards, etc.) at the bottom of the web page.  It would be more convenient to use a pop up type menu to display this instead of having to scroll to the bottom of the web page to see them.  Hovering the mouse over top of the Community Forum hot link should bring up a pop up menu of the forum sections with hot links for selection.  This will make jumping from one forum section to another easy.  This provides more visibility to the various forums.

@will13am - can you try clicking on the 'Browse' buttton in the upper right corner? It provides a list of all the forums, as well as the Public Lab and Knowledge Base.

 @David_J Hadn't tried that yet.... that's pretty cool!  

As much as "hamburger" menu buttons (3 horizontal bars) are somewhat controversial, I think using one instead of a "Browse" button might be an easier to discover feature. [EDIT: ...in that it is a fairly common, near-unviersal paradigm for such a menu throughout the web]  Just my $0.02.
