The "Contacting our Community Moderators" KB thread is now literally the first thread on the site. If you can't remember the mods' names (you literally only need to remember one, since they all see the incoming messages), you can always reference that thread.
I had all the moderators added to the friend list for ease of reference. It used to be easy to look into my profile to find them and check their online status. Now, I have to go into the private message area to see the friends list and and their status. With stickies, we should not have to resort to work arounds.
@will13am it really surprises me that people seem to rely on the online list at all. Firstly, since mods will often be online but not show as online, so it's not like it was a reliable indicator of anything... And secondly, because it really doesn't matter which mod is online. It's not like you'll get a faster response if Shazia is online and you tag/PM her directly, vs tagging Saray or Mary instead.
