Can someone help me by telling me how to add funds to my PM? I need to do it to change my plan immediately I asked an agent but am still waiting for an answer.

I just followed the steps and I added the amount (i got my receipt) but I cannot see the amount anymore but the agent is not replying to my messages

when you activated your PM account, you need to use a valid credit/ debit card and it was automatically set to Subscribed...which means autopay. If you have a valid credit/debit on your account, that's how you can add funds to change your plan. When you make your new plan selection and select either Change Now OR Change on Renewal, then it'll take the $$ from your on-file card. EZPZ

you cam login to My Account and go to Payment page and click Add fund
or best to simply enable Autopay by going to Payment page, Manage Subscription
you cannalso but vouchers from stores amd load vouchers using *611 ot load it via My Account

@yen You can buy payment vouchers and load them *611 or you can add it from with in your account . You can also add funds using your credit card on file in your account payment page also
