it said funds were added to my account. but its not showing up

It depends on the type you purchased. Some people say some vouchers take 24 hours to show up. If its been more than that and you added it yourself,  as suggested ask agent to check 

if the fund is used for reactive service, reboot phone and test 

and you can call 1855-4PUBLIC from another phone to check if the available fund is there

Lastz ask PM to check , 

Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

@michelle25  clear cache and look again. When was it added? Do you not see extra money in available funds?

maybe just browser cache, please use Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account to confirm again
