I want to transfer my public mobile number to another provider - Bell Mobility. I completed the request at Bell and I was suppose to receive a text message from Public, max 90 minutes after, confirming my request to change. 24 hours later, I haven't received anything. Any advise is welcomed 🙂

@computergeek541 Yes I saw that , but still need to know if the public mobile accounts is active and if OP left the public mobile sim in the phone , if it’s active and in the phone then it’s a mystery but if it’s not active or not in the phone then that’s a issue too . Just trying to gather info while explaining how it works to port number .i dont know if OP has temp number with bell and thinks they will get and then requested porting and thought they should still get text from public in the bell sim . So it would be helpful if OP can give us more info

In the first post, it is mentioend that the customer has not received any text message about number porting.
