adding new credit card trouble

My old credit card has been disabled and I am trying to add a new one but system will not accept it and my account is suspen

Best to get vouchers from Shoppers Drug mart as their vouchers can be used immediately 

Vouchers from other smaller stores might have a 24 hours wait time, avoid

@DavidPollock  You can get from 7-11 shell gas shoppers drug /london drug canadien tire or recharge .com or muskbird .com

@DavidPollock  You may need to wait 24 hours before trying again and if using cell phone try computer instead also the APP is good option too . If in a rush you can buy payment voucher and load it *611 aswell . If same please submit ticket with support to help update

You can also use voucher to pay first and load using *611 if you need to pay and resume service quickly

Sometimes the system doesn’t allow it. You can submit a ticket to a Public Mobile CS agent.
