My account got suspended but there is no way using myaccount to make one time payment. I don't know my 4-digit pin (I reached out to an agent in a separate inquiry to reset this) and the instruction provided on the public mobile website is not accurate as there is no option for "‘Add Funds with Credit/Debit Card".
How do I make one time payment online without going to a store to get a voucher?

@kimkat You can buy payment vouchers from shoppers drug mart and load the funds *611 no PIN needed
or you can
use this link to load funds and trigger the renewal
