However you can mosey on down Mountainview Rd and purchase pm vouchers at 7/11 or Shoppers Drug Mart or the PetroCan Station. On Guelph St you can buy vouchers at customer service at stupidstore (lol...RCSS) there's another Shoppers Drug Mart. Walmart is YMMV and unless crappy tire has a gas bar for RTP their vouchers bought at customer service can have up to a 24 hour delay for validity. Every other retailer mentioned is immediately valid and loadable via 611 on your phone.

You can pay your PM bill in 3 ways no matter where you are located:

- Setting up autopay - credit card has to be registered with PM; bill will be paid every 30 days

- Manually, logging on to your PM account with CC registered with PM (but autopay not set up)

- Buying a voucher and either through My Account or calling 611.

Instant top-ups are currently available at most Canadian Tire Gas, Esso, Gateway Newstands, and MacEwen locations.

There is certainly a Candian tire gas in Georgetown:

and a Shoppers Drug Mart is right next to it if you want to get voucher from there.  Getting it from SDM is good as their vouchers can be used immeidately

to pay using on-line vouchers, go to www.recharge.com of ding.com.

Voucher number sent to you right away after paying, then dial 611 to add them to your regular plan renewal.

Be aware..they do have a small user fee.

Best practice is to register your credit card on your account, then enable Autopay. You won't have to worry about vouchers after that.

PM is done all online so you need to login to your account. You can use CC, debit or vouchers.

You can purchase a voucher from these locations and dial 611 and enter your voucher number:

Sorry but you can only pay by doing it yourself online or by calling 611 from your mobile phone. 

Just login to your My Account.

best way is to login to My Account and pay there.  Can you login ?

 If not, try to Reset password or open ticket with CS agent:

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

First type Forgot Login,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

You can also pay by *611 if you already have a credit card setup on your account.  But you need your 4 digits PIN if you are paying that way

Or you can get a voucher from store in your area.  Check Shoppers drug mart or gas station like Shell.   When you have the voucher, pay by *611, you don't need 4 digits PIN for loading voucher
