Hello, My mum passed away this Christmas and I would like to cancel her phone plan. Unfortunately, I have deleted her logic and password details. I have her phone number how do I retrieve her account

Likely the payment method was a credit card, and it would show on statements. Stop this pre-authorized payment.
(It's likely that the credit card is cancelled on death anyway.)

Click on the link below and complete the details and explain to Public Mobile to cancel the account. Keep watching the community inbox for their reply. They usually repond anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours.

Sorry for your loss; that's a big hit.
If all else fails, stop the payment method. The plan will become inactive, and eventually be cancelled.
