Hi all, I am moving out of Country August 26. I want to be done with Public mobile. I have turned off the toggle for renewing my subscription just now. However, I have not received any email from Public saying they want me back or anything like that, suggesting perhaps there is more to cancelling my account & auto renewal. I want to make sure when I am out of the country on the 26th of August, I am not being billed for this service anymore.
Attached is a picture of the toggle
Is there anything else I need to do or will I always have an account that I can log back into, a year from now when I am home from my sabbatical? I don't mind keeping the account just want to CONFIRM I will NOT be paying Public anymore
Cheers & thanks in advance

because it is a Prepaid service, your service still will work till August 31. After August 31st, you will get an email telling you your account is suspended.
But if you want to be save, ask support agent to remove the credit card from the account as well
please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
If any issue with ticket submission, you can submit by direct message:
