Esim reactivation

I’m currently at Public Mobile Customer, however I recently tried Lucky Mobile as my account had gotten hacked now I chosen to go back with Public Mobile and my eSIM, which is visible under my account is not working, so I currently have a paid account with Public Mobile and I’m unable to use it please help

I downloaded a new eSIM but reactivated my account after one month absence.

so you downloaded the Public Mobile app and activated a new account with a new esim...correct ?
