Hello , I want to go back to my previous subscription from last month of $23. But it’s no longer offered. Can someone please help me switching back?

You're probably just giving it a try but success is unlikely. Public Mobile does targetted plans, so those are the plans they want you to have.

Please, please, please...come back and let us know results of your request to downgrade plans.

ask support agent and explain the situation, maybe they can help to change to a lower priced plan

Unfortunately, you're stuck with what you have as you can't downgrade plans any longer. You can merely log in to your PM account to see which plans you can subscribe to...you'll notice they've rigged it so you can't downgrade plans. Options...port to different network, then port back in and select the cheapest plan available, as a new customer.

That above isn't correct. There is absolutely no rule that says that customers cannot downgrade plans. That being said, customers can only change to a plan that is offered to them. While some customers may already be on the lowest priced plan available to them, many customers can downgrade plans. Please do not continue to say that plan downgrades are not allowed. I've seen this said by quite a few members, and unfortunately, this misinformation keeps being repeated.

HI @Bia_239
how is it not honest? PM is current giving people different plans they can change to. You can say you don't like you don't have some cheaper option, but nothing to do with honest or not
Add:
in fact, I find PM very honest with plans.
The site has the following plans:
$19 new activation only
$23 new activation only
$30 - for everyone
$34 - Canada plan for everyone
$34 - Canada/US plan for everyone
$39 - Canada/US plan for everyone
$50 - Canada plan for everyone
Other than the two new activation only plans, I have the other 5 plans on all my other existing subscriptions. So, what is the issue here?

I sent a message but no answer yet

Exactly. This is not honest

I have the old $15 plan and when I log in to my account / plan menu...it says the $23 / 6GB plan is available to me, not just for new activation. It is confusing alright but each account needs to log in to their individual plan menu to see what's available to them.

Il trying to open a ticket and I’m just being redirected without being able to contact an agent. Do you have a link ?

Once you switch to another plan, you might not offer the same plan for existing members.
Your only optional plans are listed in your account under Subscription>Manage Subscription>Change Subscription. There it will list your option for plans to downgrade or upgrade.

@Bia_239 Unfortunately the $23 plan is for new subscriptions only, so unless it shows as available when you log in to your account and look at the plans available there, you can't go back. The only option would be to ask customer service but they are less likely to accommodate you if your current plan is higher cost. If you want to try, open a ticket at the chat icon bottom right of this page. There is always a danger when changing subscriptions that the one you were on before is no longer available if you want to switch back.
