I have recently returned from an extended three-month international trip and am attempting to access my account to reactivate my SIM card. However, I am encountering difficulties as the system is not permitting me to do so. I kindly request any assistance that could be provided in resolving this matter.
Thank you!

If your Account has been closed that would explain what's going on here.. you can contact CSA to try and have it recovered but if not you'll have to resort to Activating a new Account.
If you need a SIM Card, Public Mobile is selling them directly on Amazon with 1-2 Day Prime Delivery for only $4.99.

Looks like you will need to purchase a new SIM and pick a new number if you stopped monthly payments longer than 90 days.

It's actually 120 days (4 months) since last payment (under normal circumstances). So yes when did you last pay and what was the result of calling that toll free number?

when was the lsat time you paid your bill? account without payment for 90 days will be permanently closed
Call 1855.4PUBLIC , enter 1 for English and enter your phone number, check if the system can locate your account
If it cannot find the account, the account was already closed due to nonpayment
If it can , then it is just a login issue, You can try using Reset Password link and attempt login again. if that does not help, then message support here:

Do you know of the last day that the service was previously active? After 90 days, the account would have been permanently closed.
