you meant Available Funds missing or rewards? You might want to tell us more details
and if you think Available funds are missing, they likely been used. Check Payment history. Maybe post screenshots of last couple months of transactions on Payment history page and we can help
if you meant rewards, rewards system has changed couple times in the last little while. Maybe that is why you think "missing funds"
