Hi,
Every month I get 3 GB total (1GB + 2GB). It was a $25 monthly deal I signed up for back in March. I noticed I am having no Data after my 1 GB is used up. What is going on Public Mobile?!

Ok...if you're certain that's your plan AND certain you've been shorted on the data for this month...use the link above to contact a CSA and they'll make things right for you. Watch the little envelop icon on top right side of the page will be highlighted when they respond.
Also, make sure to log in to your account using incognito mode to see up to the minute plan info.

HI @arama I saw some posts about PM system removed the bonus data before 12 months sometimes. So, it might happen
Just open ticket with CS agent. it is not hard to get it back.

First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

That above link to the deal from March 2022, looks like what I signed up for! I don't have any screen records. It just never occurred to me to do that give since I trusted Public Mobile given its reputable nature. I am sure they would have all my records and what I signed up for! At least that's what I hope for.

There were a few offers of Bonus data in the spring of 2022. Did you happen to save a screen shot of the offer you opted for ? Some of them were for only 6 months but there was one offer for $25 / 1GB + 2GB for 12 months.
It would help if you had some details of the plan you took.

I don't have data when I am not connected to Wifi and I still have like 2 weeks left of my monthly cycle!
This has never happened before! Feels like a scam
Under my plan usage there is no mention of the extra 2GB I used to get till this point. It only shows the 1024 MB that's used already!

@arama Try logging in to your account using a different browser in incognito mode. You might be seeing old cached information.
Can you not still access the internet and websites or you just can't see the extra 2GB on your account?
