Hi there I’m having all kinds of trouble loging into the account I made for my wife. I just added 60$ to top up her account and have no idea how to activate it. Password reset I tried and nothing works

@Brandon11861 Use the second link in my earlier post and send a private message instead to CS_Agent. Their response will appear in the message box top right and can take anywhere from 1-48 hours.

@Brandon11861 Why are you not able to login to the account? Make sure you're using incognito/private mode to login and desktop if possible. Select Plans/Add-ons from left side of page, then Change My Plan option and scroll with the arrows to get to the the right plan if you're planning on changing to $40/15GB offer as there are two $40 plans, or there's also $45/20 GB plan available as well.

Yea it’s suspended but I have added money I have never been able to login to pick a plan last time one of moderator picked plan for her . There Is 60 on there now can someone activate a plan with data again

From your phone (unless you have her phone on hand) dial 1-855-4pu-blic (or 611) and enter the phone number and tell us what the recording says.
If suspended then what is the plan cost?
If not suspended then why are you adding money? Adding money doesn't do anything until renewal time or could be used to buy add-ons. So what's going on if not suspended?
