Different Plan Offers for my wife's and my account

Any reason there are different offers, I'd like to get us both the same plan as I have in my offers?

For many people, the older phones are an issue. There are many posts now of people getting "promo" texts advising them of the network changes and the need to update their phone. Many customers are probably elderly with older lower data 3G plans getting texts suggesting they get a better phone with an offer to upgrade to $27 20 GB. To be fair to these long time customers, they should not be forced to switch to more expensive plans with more data than they need.

@funpig1  3G is becoming obsolete and your wife will need to change eventually. IMO

Yes it is, but the 3G is only the speed cap on those plans, it doesn't mean the phone can use only 3G networks (unless that's a factor with the phone).

3G is becoming obsolete and your wife will need to change eventually. IMO, I think it is unfair that PM is only giving your wife only more expensive options with more data than she can use. In this situation (changes to network), I would suggest that you try to contact a customer agent and see if they can change her plan on renewal to your plan.  Let us know if this works because there are many subscribers in the same situation.   Good luck.

@Hurdygurdy  So she's on the old $25 with 1GB plan?   Around the time of the change from the old rewards to points Public Mobile was offering that same plan for $19 but now all the 3G plans have gone, presumably never to return.  What she could do is port out her number to another carrier and then come back to Public Mobile as a new customer and port her number back in.   That way she can take her pick of the plans available to new activations although she would lose any points and bonus add ons in the process.

The wife's only choice is up price-wise, while I can stay @$20 but more data. Her is also a 3G plan, while mine is 4G.

@Hurdygurdy  For the last while plans that are offered are targeted to your account and seemingly the plan you are currently on is a determining factor.   Sometimes there are special offers so there is that possibility but for the most part it's now difficult to take a step down rather than up in price.  Some have achieved it by going down to the lowest plan offered and then another lower plan might appear in the offerings as a result but it hasn't worked for everyone so no guarantees.

We are on different plans. I was wondering why all accounts are not offered all plans?

We are on 2 different plans. I was wondering why all accounts don't have access to all plans?

@Hurdygurdy   Of late, the only plans you can switch to are those that show under change subscription when you log in to your account.  Usually these are  higher priced plans although there can be a lower one or two.  Are you both on the same plan now?
