How come I cannot use the promo code 20OFFMONTHLY for cyber monday? Is this for new users only?

Did not work for me as well, now my plan has renewed at the old rate today. Wasted my time.

@star13 , make sure to use incognito mode on the browser when accessing the self serve portal. Data cache can really mess things up otherwise.

It was 'intended' for new customers only
HOWEVER, existing customers can get it if they choose the $55.00 plan for 20GB, and add promo code 20OFFMONTHLY in the promo code field and schedule for next renewal.
Give it a try and you'll see it seems to work. I just did. (but then canceled the pending plan change as i don't need that data allotment... 😁)

Hi @star13 it was meant to be for new activation only. But members tried and confirmed it works too if you choose Change Plan Now and not to schedule renewal change
