Cyber Monday deal is impossible to use. It is expiring today AND it's for new customers only (which I am) AND I just ordered the SIM card which will take 3 days to arrive.
I feel like I got scammed for $10.50 for the SIM card after getting lured in with the Cyber Monday deal:
I thought I'd get the deal after clicking "Get Started" and then ordering the SIM card but apparently it only applies when ACTIVATING the sim card, not purchasing it. (What a scam!)

I signed up for this account to activate when my plan renews. When I look inside my account as the next payment, the $20 off doesn't show. Is that normal? I don't want to pay the full $55.

Customers support agents wouldn't hold plans. Customers need to be following the terms of any promotion to taking advantage of them. Wakas would need to hope for an extension that is long enough to activate using this offer.

@wakas You can try getting a new sim card from a corporate Telus or Koodo store and still activate to get the promotion.
