Hi, This is the second time I have travelled to the US and purchased the talk,text,data add-on. Both times the phone will not connect for calls. At this point I'm looking for a refund for this trip as it was a complete waste of money.
Roaming was turned on .
Hoping someone can help.

@LMF01 The invalid html problem usually comes up because of cutting and pasting into the message. Either type everything out from scratch or try copying the text you have written into another note-taking app and then pasting it back into the PM private message box.

Cant respond to the PM as this is what keeps coming up, regardless of what I type in.
Correct the highlighted errors and try again.

@LMF01 Try dropping the phone to LTE if you have it on 5G. On iPhones often there is no VoLTE setting but it should be enabled on iPhones since iPhone 8. My iPhone 13 has VoLTE with PM but there is no toggle for it.

you can go in to Settings / Cellular / Cellular Data Options (Roaming ON)/ Voice & Data...see if volte is actually turned on.

Does text and data work? If so, your phone may not be VoLTE compatible. What phone are you using?

To get a refund, they will only credit your account. You'd need to create a ticket.

I have never had a single issue going to the US and using Public Mobile. I went into my network settings and turned off automatic. I then choose T-Mobile and then made sure data roaming was turned on. Then I rebooted. Ever since then, when I enter the US, it just remembers from last time.
