I lost service within the last few hours in SW Ontario. Anyone else?

My wife and my mother-in-law are also having problems in Southwestern Ontario. Just started yesterday afternoon. Wife is with Bell. Are you still having issues today too?

personally , I think the other site has a lot of false negative

but i encourage you to open ticket with PM support and check

Account is active, and have tried another phone. It looks like that map shows some outages in my town. Thanks, even though the official Telus map doesn't show anything for me.

no outage in Ontario according to Telus

try reboot the phone, try Reset all networks, and try your sim on another phone

of course, make sure your account is active
