HI All, the issue in Toronto and Ottawa area are both resolved.

hi All, 

as of this morning, the degradation warning still there for multiple location in GTA.  I don't think it is a complete outage,   (if it is , it will be on the news already).  So, if you have trouble with your mobile, move around if possible, or try Reboot the phone or try changing network mode
