Thanks for the info! I was under the impression we needed to open an issue on the community to start a ticket but obviously that is incorrect! Someone from support did reach out and I am working with them now.
Both my wife's phone and mine are showing "Emergency Calls Only" since at least 9:30 this morning. Not seeing anything on the Bell site about an outage. Closest Telus outage is in Ottawa, so not likely related.
My wife and my mother-in-law are also having problems in Southwestern Ontario. Just started yesterday afternoon. Wife is with Bell. Are you still having issues today too?
