Thanks for the info! I was under the impression we needed to open an issue on the community to start a ticket but obviously that is incorrect! Someone from support did reach out and I am working with them now.

Yeah Telus site shows the closest outage is Ottawa. I'm assuming this is something they don't know about yet. Hoping someone at PM can escalate.

This is just a community forum.  I think you should report the outage formally 

Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

yes, no confirmed outage there.  But PM and Telus relies on Bell network in Ontario.  So, it is likely a Bell issue

Both my wife's phone and mine are showing "Emergency Calls Only" since at least 9:30 this morning. Not seeing anything on the Bell site about an outage. Closest Telus outage is in Ottawa, so not likely related.

did you try Reboot phone and Reset network settings?

did you try manual connection and choose Public Mobile? Kincardine is right on Lake Huron, not sure if it picked up US signal
