I want to terminate cellphone service for ###-###-#### because I moved to Japan and am not using this cell phone anymore. So I do not want to pay any service charge from now on. Thank you. Hitoshi Itoga.

you need to login My Account and disable Autopay yourself. go to Payment , then Manage Subscription and turn off Subscribed.
when you login My Account, you probably cannot receive the 2FA code via SMS, click Didn't receive code and choose Send email to get the code
or if you still cannot login, ask PM agent to help to remove the credit card,
